Data Protection

How we handle your data, and the data your searches return.

Last Updated: 2026

Two Kinds of Data

Findora handles two distinct categories of data: (1) your own account information as a Findora user, and (2) business contact information returned by your searches, which is sourced from publicly available sources.

Your Account Data

We collect only what's needed to operate your account: name, email, User ID, usage activity, and payment records. This data is stored securely, encrypted in transit, and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Search Result Data

Business contact information returned by a search reflects publicly available professional information (such as name, title, company, and publicly listed contact details). Findora does not independently verify how this information may have originally been made public, and encourages lawful, respectful use in line with our Terms of Service.

Your Rights

Depending on applicable law (including Nigeria's NDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal account data. To make a request, email hello@findora.ng we aim to respond within 14 business days.

Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Search datasets are retained for a maximum of 30 days before automatic deletion. Transaction records are retained as required for accounting and legal compliance.

Third Parties

We use trusted third-party providers (such as payment processors) to operate the service. These providers only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function.
